Board of Directors
If you are interested in serving on Concilio Hispano's Board of Directors, please submit a cover letter and resume to: Concilio Hispano, 105 Windsor Street, Cambridge, MA 02139.

Requirements:

• High level of involvement with the Latino community
• Experience serving the community's needs in an area such as business, law, health, community organizing, education or youth service

Tutors and Mentors
Programs in need of tutors and mentors include: AHORA (youth enrichment program), Primavera (program for young Latina mothers), and Adult Education (including ESL, Citizenship and Native Language Literacy). Hours are flexible.

Requirements:

• Academic tutoring experience with adults or youth
• Interest in serving the Latino community
• Tutoring experience is a plus
• Bilingual/bicultural background a plus

Outreach Workers
Programs in need of outreach workers include: Foster Care, Substance Abuse and Programa Vida (HIV/AIDS prevention).

Requirements:

• Knowledge of family dynamics, substance abuse and health issues
• Ability to utilize community resources
• Bilingual/bicultural background a plus

Administrative Support
Responsibilities include: filing, mailing, database input and assisting staff. Areas in need of assistance include: Accounting, Reception, and web page maintenance.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer and database experience
